At Lexcrafted, each item is thoughtfully designed and finished with care. Please review the following policy before placing your order.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect orders, or general wear and tear.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To be eligible for a resolution, you must provide:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Not Eligible for Returns or Refunds

• Items damaged due to improper care or use

• Normal variations in design or finish

• Items exposed to heat, dishwashers, soaking, or abrasive cleaning

• Failure to follow provided care instructions

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Lexcrafted is not responsible for delays or damages caused by the shipping carrier once the order has left our possession.

Cancellations

Orders may not be canceled or modified once they have been processed.
